Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on vests and underwear unless they arrive defective or incorrect. All other items from our collections (culottes, linen shorts, shirts, shorts, and t-shirts) are eligible for return.

Simple Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Prepaid return label (for defective/wrong items)
  • Instructions for packaging your return

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely and include the original packing slip. For non-defective returns, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs (we recommend using a trackable service).

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received at our warehouse (84 Beacon St, Lichfield, GB CH5Z 3HA), we’ll inspect the items within 3 business days and notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective/wrong items.

Exchanges

For size exchanges, we’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return. If your preferred size isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.

International Returns

For customers outside the UK, please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. We cannot refund any original customs duties or taxes paid.
